Leeds' gay venues are grouped together just west of, and within walking distance from Leeds Railway Station, just head towards the Corn Exchange. A few hotels that are smack bang in the middle of the gay area are The Marriott, Malmaison and The Golden Lion Hotel.
Bar Fibre and Queen's Court, both open late share an outside terrace and are next to the railway bridge. Opposite Bar Fibre is Heaton's Court where you'll find Mission, the gay place to be on a Thursday where there's a night called “Homo.” Further down from Bar Fibre, under the railway bridge, there are a few bars, The Bridge Inn on the corner, The New Penny next door and across the bridge over the river there's Xibit.
